Serve your way to raising big money for your Volleyball team this season. We've created all that you need to get started.
What’s offered:
This fundraiser gives your supporters an opportunity to donate to your team based on Volleyball Team members participating in a Serve-a-Thon. Each Player will complete 100 serves during the serv-a-thon period. Don’t worry, you can adjust the timeframe or average number of serves per group, age, ability, etc.
Serve-a-Thons give your organization the opportunity to raise significant money and have a great time while doing it. Here’s how to get started:
Sign-up.
Select this fundraiser and provide some basic information. If you would like to track your progress by sub-groups, like grade level or Varsity/JV for example, you can easily do this during your set-up. Your participants will then register for that particular group and you’re ready to start.
Customize your Fundraising Webpage
This fundraiser is ready to go as we’ve created it, but we encourage you to customize your webpage with photos, video, a message to supporters and more. This site allows your supporters to donate to your Swim-a-Thon online and avoid managing cash and checks.
Promoting your Fundraiser
TeamWorks provides all of the tools needed to run a highly effective fundraiser. Your participants can share their site using our built-in integrations to Facebook, email, and more. All monies raised from each participant’s site will be attributed to the appropriate person and group.
Start Serving!
This fundraiser is based on your participants successfully serving as many serves as they can in a specific timeframe. Each student will be responsible to raise money based on a team average of 100 serves per event. You can adjust this fundraiser to fit your needs by adjusting the suggested amounts and corresponding team average. Your Supporters are essentially donating to each participant in advance of the event and therefore you will not need to go back to each supporter and collect money as that has been done upfront using TeamWorks.
